Some items get stuck in soul sand when there is liquid above the soul sand

      Originally used a 1x1 elevator for a kelp farm but found my kelp was getting stuck, so expanded to a 2x3. Some kelp goes up but a lot gets stuck at the bottom, roughly 50/50.
