Some particles still are glitched when looking through water, water overlays particles.

      Water overlays particles.

      Particles should have been rendered infront of water.

      Particles made this weird "X-ray" effect/glitch.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Place a campfire in front of water
      2. Look through the particles/smoke into the water
