This issue is similar to the one that was around before. Armor sprites above the hearts disappear when going through a portal. To fix, simply update the sprite by removing/putting on armor. 

Steps to reproduce:

1. put on armor in any amount
2. enter nether portal

I'm not sure if the end portal is affected by this too, but it most likely is.
