I just started a new survival server in Minecraft 1.14, and when I crafted a wooden sword and attacked a sheep, it dropped cooked mutton when it died instead of raw mutton. I tried it on a cow and it did the same thing. We have the xisumavoid data pack that lets rotten flesh smelt into leather, so I tried attacking a zombie, which dropped rotten flesh as it is supposed to.
