What I expected to happen was...:
Should be able to spectate the world after dying

What actually happened was...:
After dying in Hardcore Mode, and you press the "Spectate World" button. Chunks no longer load, even after you go back to Creative/Survival and go back into Spectator Mode.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make the Server/World in Hardcore Mode.
2. Get killed by whatever(mobs, fall damage, /kill, etc)
3. Press "Spectate World" button.

4. World will now no longer load chunks in Spectator Mode
