Boats going through the blocks because of chunks not loading

      After 1.14 came out me and my friends who play on a realm that we own since 1.7.9 has started to lag and chunks not loading. When we are on an ice track and driving a boat on it, chunks won't load and the boat will go through the map and suffocate us this has also happened with elytra
