Issue 1: If you teleport to a new area on a world that was created on an earlier version of Minecraft it will fail to generate the superflat world. However it will create villages in thin air.
Issue 2: with the above issue I decided to try to recreate my superflat world and while looking at the customization It has every layer of Block listed as air. This would make sense as to why issue one while in an already generated world has air as the only block in an ungenerated section of the world but will still generate structures.
