What I expected to happen was...:
'Blocks' to load.

What actually happened was...:
They are loading very slowly/only when I stand still. Do not load at all if I'm moving.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Initially loading game, or moving across terrain. Moving on horse makes it very bad. Saw an old post about capturing screen with debug (Alt+F3) so I did that while it was loading blocks.

I am a new player, I have no mods or add-ons or anything. But this is very unlike how previous version, like literally from yesterday, would run. Today it prompted the updated to 1.14 when I booted up game.
