With Programmer Art enabled, as you can see in the picture in 1.14 the german words don't have ß displayed correctly this is especially noticable as the german word for "Large chest" is "Große Truhe" but it also applies to item names and the chat.

Without Programmer Art everything is normal as you can see in the third picture
