I only saw one report on this issue, so hopefully another will make it more prominent.
While flying around in creative mode and/or using the Elytra, the generation of the world seems to be a bit delayed, or flickery. In previous versions, the terrain generation was usually seamless - rendering in the distance. However, with the current 1.14 full release chunks will delay to load, and will take roughly 3 or 5 seconds to load even when standing in one spot. Examples are attached.
This occurs during creative flight, elytra flight, walking, and sprinting. My render distance is set to 12 chunks. While it is not necessarily a MAJOR issue, it is definitely one to consider as it can ruin the exploring experience.
