Iron Golems Spawn inside bottom slabs

      Expected Behavior - Golems should not spawn inside any blocks.

      How do duplicate - Create a village.  Cover entire Golem spawning area with bottom slabs, ether directly on spawn-able block, or 1 block above.  Wait for Golems to spawn.
