Both crossbow and trident are clearly far from your hand when aiming and sneaking, Bow isn't as remarkable as these two, but you can see that you are holding it from the bottom and not the middle as you are supposed to be.

To recreate just take a crossbow / trident / bow, sneak, and aim (not in any particular order), Press F5 twice to see yourself and from certain angle, you will be able to notice that your weapon is way too far from your hand (or holding improperly, in the case of the bow)
