Very little enderman spawning in the end

      What I expected to happen was...:

      Normaly there are tons of enderman in the end

      What actually happened was...:
      No there are only few (very little spawnrate)

      Steps to Reproduce:
      After the serever updated to pre5 it just started to doing that
