I have a Nether portal in a tunnel that links my Nether hub to my End portal room. I created the Nether portal first and it worked fine for a few entries and exits, but then when I attempted to enter my Stronghold, it generated a new Nether portal around 50 blocks away from the actual intended portal and above ground.
