The bug

When Pillagers are in water and when they have a target, they do not move anymore.
This can break raids and make them not very fun.

How to reproduce

1. Start a raid
2. Push Pillagers into a pool of water and watch what happens

Or else: you can just spawn a Pillager with an egg directly in water and see what happens
