Hello, I was looking for new seeds for a series I was gonna start in 1.14. When I was flying underground where blocks was in spectator, I often lost alot of speed and was unable to regain the speed before I went to a open space with no blocks in it. Not a major bug, but I thought I'd report it regardless.

In order to reproduce, go on the surface and enter spectator mode. Press shift (or sneak) to go down into solid blocks. When you start flying, you'll notice it is slow.
