When you sneak from surface to underground while spectating you stay sneaking and can't fly in normal/high speed

How to reproduce:
1- Set your gamemode to creative
2- Stay in a 2-tall air gap at least (above the surface)
3- Sneak to the underground and you'll stay at sneaking speed
