When you use third person and look all the way up, a strange rotation happens.

What I expected to happen was...:
The screen not to rotate when I looked all the way up in 3rd person mode (front). e. g. everything being NORMAL.

What actually happened was...:
The screen rotated 90 degrees when I looked all the way up.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Press F5 twice
2. Rotate your view all the way up
