The swaying motion from view bobbing is very jittery, and becomes apparently obvious when rapidly moving around.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Move around horizontally rapidly, entering the 'resting' and 'bobbing' animations in quick succession

Expected & Observed Results:

- The players hand/camera stutters and jitters, resetting it's position in quick succession leading to choppy animations and an unpleasant look.
- The players hand/camera would smoothly transition between the view bobbing animation and resting position.
