Minecart can't see and rides beneath the cart.

      At start it seemed fine, but whenever I'm on a minecart, I can't see anything and it seems I am beneath the cart.
      I tried searching for other issues, but I had trouble finding so I apologize if this has been issued.
      I have uploaded what it looks like.
