I had a mod trap with trip wire and pistons and for some reason the piston started all to get extended, the trip wire hock was giving a constant signal and there was nothing in the string. After a wile it updated a went back to his normal state, but them it happened again.
In the image you can see the pistons extended but there is nothing on the string, also, reloading the world fix it's but them it comes back.
