Kelp gets destroyed all at the same time when the bottom block is broken, unlike sugar cane, bamboo, and cactus

      Destroying kelp will break all the kelp blocks above at the same time instead of breaking one at a time, which might be responsible for lag spikes when harvesting kelp. This is also inconsistent with other blocks that grow similarly to sugar cane, bamboo, and cactus.
