Villagers don't seem to randomly look at other mobs anymore. Not sure if some other mobs are also supposed to do that too.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Spawn a Villager
2. Spawn a Mob like a Pig
3. Notice that the Villager completely ignores looking at the Pig and just randomly looks around.
