Evokers move unreasonably quickly during raids

      The bug

      With the new illager raid upgrades, evokers seem to have gotten faster. They were already faster than other illagers, but now they're so fast I can barely hit them, even in creative mode.

      The bug

      1. Find/create a village
      2. Start a raid (preferably in hard difficulty)
      3. Progress until waves 5, 6, and 7
