Chunks not loading correctly after creating a New World

What I expected to happen was...:
I was expecting that after pressing F3 + A, the chunks would actually refresh and load correctly, but they didn't

      What actually happened was...:

When I created the New World, the chunks were loading correctly, but after I moved a bit from the spawn-point, some of the chunks already loaded started disappearing. I thought it was normal, but the chunks didn't refresh after pressing F3 + A. Changing the Rendering Distance didn't work neither. Saving and Exiting, and loading the same world doesn't seem to work neither, it just loads the nearby chunks.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Create a New World, Cheats On and Creative. The World-Type is Default
      2. After it's done loading. Move/Fly around until you see the limit of your current Rendering Distance. You will see some chunks not loading correctly and if you look behind, you will see the previous loaded chunks disappearing.
