I'm trying to waterlog a hopper and it's not working
What I expected to happen was...:
The hopper would be come waterlogged.
What actually happened was...:
The hopper was not waterlogged. Instead, well, I placed a water source block.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Minecraft.
2. Get a Hopper.
3. Shift-Right Click on the hopper or right click on the top of the block under the hopper.
