Aquatic panorama is still in 1.14 jars

      The jar location assets/minecraft/textures/gui/title/backgrounds contains Aquatic panorama files, not the Village&Pillage panorama image which is what is actually shown on the main menu.
      Affects all versions since 18w47a (the panorama hotfix).
