      Conduits crash this version!

I backed up and loaded into 19w12a from 19w11b, was able to play for 4 seconds, and crashed. This proceeded to happen every time I launched the world. I checked  the crash report and it provided the location of a single waterlogged block. I rolled back to 19w11b, and launched the world again; loaded just fine. I went to the location provided in the crash report and discovered it was the exact location of my conduit. I broke the conduit, and exited the game. I loaded it back up in 19w12a, and the game never crashed again.
