Village Generation Issues

I found a house and farm in a village that have generated merged together. If it helps any, the seed for the map is 7703425376690528121, the location is at x-252 z561 and the world type is Large Biomes. I also found grass, tall grass and flowers growing where they shouldn't be able to and a tree in the middle of a path in a beach biome. This was all in the same village.
