If a villager leaves a village during a raid or the village ceases to exist due to depopulation, villagers with Gossips caused by the raid will never have those Gossips removed.
This causes affected villagers to constantly run around as if they are scared. When in this state they can still be traded with, which is different to the reported behaviour for MC-141281.
Removing the Gossips manually with `data remove` will cause the villager to resume normal behaviour and pathfind back to the village.
To reproduce, it happens sometimes:
1. In a superflat world, create a minimal village with a couple of beds and workstations. Populate with the same number of villagers from spawn eggs.
2. Start a raid and kill off the raiders in each wave.
3. After the raid, villagers outside the village will still have Gossips.
