When villagers sleep as it comes to night,use /tp @e[type=minecraft:villager,distance=..100] @p to teleport villagers to you
Then their model shows like they're still sleeping but out of bed
(And they're trying getting closer to doors?)

(And villagers turn back normal next day)

Add:

1.Sleeping villagers can be pushed

2.Hitting a sleeping villagers out of bed causes the villager flies very fast back to the bed he slept
