Older Issue  MC-143850 was falsely labeled a duplicate as this has been going on since 1.9.

Whenever riding a horse, all sounds play except for the horse's jumping sound; all volume settings are on.

This has been happening since 1.9. In 1.8, the sound played.

When playing on older versions, the sound plays fine.

This issue has persisted on multiple computers on multiple operating systems.
