Whenever a minecart comes to a specific/corrupt corner it just 'bounces back' until it hits the previous corrupt corner and then it just keeps going back and forth until you break the minecart.

What I expected to happen was:
The minecart would keep going to the end of the track.

What actually happened was:
The minecart hit a corner and it just 'bounced' back.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make an average size rail track that has corners and powered rails.
2. Put a minecart with an entity on the track. (In my case, a villager.)
3. Make the minecart go forwards and see if the bug happens.
