The bug here is when you enter to The End, the chunks will be loaded normally and so does the Enderman.
But the strange thing here is that The Ender Dragon has not spawned at all!
Even the portal in the middle, where the Ender Dragon lands and shoots out his breath, is missing!
If you go there in Survival, you would be stuck there forever... unless you jump into the Void of course!
