New note block instrument audible range too low

      For the Pling (Glowstone) and Cowbell (Soul Sand) Note block instruments: The audible range of these notes is only 16 blocks from the sound souce, while other notes have a range beyond this.

      Please increase the range of these two instruments so that all the note block ranges are uniform.
