chunks replicating and loading in wrongly

      I  have been building on minecraft java 1.13.2 - i have noticed that some sections of my builds have been replicated at random sections over the local area of the world - i have also noticed that some chunks are not loading in the correct place - i have attached some images to show you what i mean - unfortunately i removed some of the replicated chunk before i thought of making a bug report
