h1. Minecarts are broken, I don't know which versions, I only know it's some newer snapshots.

h6. My OS is Windows 7. If that changes anything. I'm sure a lot of people use Windows 7. Though my PC is rather old around 6 years

Minecarts basically don't turn. They don't even wan't to touch detector rails. They either stop or just go the other way when they encounter them. This isn't much to it really.
