The librarian villager dont update after trading with, any other villager when trading, they have green sparks, gets a regeneration effect and update its trade itens, except for the librarian, its aways stuck to the tier 1 trade.

What I Expected to happen was:..

When I traded the papers for the emeralds, the librarian shoud've glowed green, and updated its itens.

What Actually happened was:..

I got the emeralds from the trade, but the librarian didn't want to buy anything but the previous itens.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Find a Village with a librarian.

2. Trade papers for emeralds, or enchant a book with emeralds.

3. The villager now wont change his itens, like the other villagers.

Currently playing on Snapshot 19w07a, but the bug has been present since the release of the new village.
