Ive been trying to get it to work for a month and a half

I have 

• uninstalled minecraft, the installer, and removed the appdata, and deleted java, and then reinstalled them
• restarted the computer
• both at the same time (reinstalled after i restarted my computer)
• reinstalled using a different download file
• uninstalled discord
• went into advanced options and opened java on a new config for 1.13.2
• waited a month till I retried opening it

When i say not responding, Whats happening is when i click, it says its not responding, and then the 2nd time I click the window, the window gets a white tint followed by a window that says java(TM) is not responding.

the reason I'm creating a new case is because i can't find any other cases that had the right solution.
