Wandering Trader and Trader Llama will spawn when game rule doMobSpawning is false

      The bug

      I created a new world for 19w05a, executed the command /gamerule doMobSpawning false. And while trying out the new features in the snapshot; one Wandering Trader and Two Trader Llamas spawned.
