When I place item frames on a block (I tried them on brick and gray concrete), I can still hear the item frames being placed, but they are not on the block that I put BUT in midair 40~50 blocks west (which means minus to x-coordinate). The item frames that I installed in the previous snapshot 19w04b were all moved 40~50 blocks to the west, and they were not on the blocks that I put before.
