Hand in first-person-perspective is moving when teleported.

This bug exists on every 1.14 snapshot so far (18w43a - 19w04b).

Seems to occur randomly and rather rare, but more often while you are moving.

The "/execute"-command could cause this issue.

I did't get this bug by executing the normal "/tp"-command.

I used the command "/execute as @a[distance=..3] at @s run tp ~ ~ ~-5"

in a repeating command block ("Always active").

I also didn't get it by executing the command as a player.

But maybe I just didn't tested it out long enough,
so my speculations might be wrong.
