transparent texture becomes untransparent on untransparent blocks

      Description

      the fire texture should be partly transparent，and it works well with item models。

      but unfortunately，on some blocks，it does not work

      I tried close ‘shades’ but there is no improvement。

      hopefully that can be fixed soon
