End cities don't spawn. Been flying around for ages trying to find one but have found none. Completely new end dimension btw.

UPDATE: I was able to locate some with the /locate command, but some places i was more than 4000-6000 blocks away from the nearest one which seems very far to me.

Also, using the /locate EndCity will sometimes say that the nearest EndCity is at 500, 300 or other coordinates inside of the void between the dragon island and the rest of the end.

Reproduce: Go to the end and look for end cities.
