"Invalid book tag" is not translatable

      It appears in books with invalid book tags:

      /give @p minecraft:written_book

      This was fixed in 18w30a, but was reintroduced in 18w43a (presumably when merging changes to fix MC-1578). The translation key book.invalid.tag exists to include this text.
