The bedrock structure is not generating and the ender dragon is not spawning. However if you place an end crystal, the bedrock structure spawns with the portal already open. If you try to resummon the dragon, the crystal beams are shooting in the wrong place and the obsidian towers are getting destroyed. I've tried on other worlds aswell, but the result was the same.
