Shipwrecks are moved up when collided with a village during generation

      The bug

      When village generation collides with a shipwreck, it seems like the shipwreck is moved up instead of being generated more down, or better yet; not generated at all.
      When the shipwreck in the seed didn't collide with village generation, it's highest block is at Y=57. When it does collide, the highest block of the shipwreck is at Y=70.
