Hi, When I put a Always active Repeated command block with this command:
"tp @e[type=minecraft:skeleton] 0 0 5" or any kind of entity, it will create a ghost (clone) entity of them moving same as the entities at the bottom stacking up, and because of the loop teleporting that specific entity to the same coordinate the bottom ones (real ones) are pushing each other which also effects the ghost (clone) one. The ghost entity is not able to be pushed, either hit, it's more like an visual glitch rather an a bug.
Also if you do this command: "/execute at @e[type=minecraft:skeleton] run setblock ~ ~2 ~ minecraft:obsidian keep", it will won't work for ghost entities.

Unconfirmed
Putting a Repeated command block with "tp @e[type=minecraft:skeleton] 0 0 5" in it creates a visual glitch, copy of the same entity that is teleporting to that coordinates. The copy stays at the previously position of the entity and acts like he is on the same coordinate as the real one (probably because it has same UUID), the copy cannot be pushed, either be hit.
Also if you do this command: "/execute at @e[type=minecraft:skeleton] run setblock ~ ~2 ~ minecraft:obsidian keep", it will won't work for ghost entities.
