This bug seems to has left behind so I re-created this, you may close or delete this and leave a comment into reopened issue above, at least I got some attention from you, it is needed. This bug is so inconvenience that currently broke my redstone shop, this patch is a requirement for a better redstone world, bug was found in 1.12.2, 1.13.2, and even older version 1.10 . This was quite hard to find this bug since almost everybody has no will to create such a shop(in vanilla) with friends because they already know each other enough to believe, or they already have some plugin that manages that(in server), but with this patch this would open a whole new level of redstone, even we could make a trade system, trails, mailbox, all works automatically without commands or even plugin anymore, of course that would just base on their choice, but it's good if we could even choose?
