Ender Dragon is immune to arrows no matter where he is in the End, and the portal to the outer islands in the end teleports me to the main island.

What I expected to happen was...:
Ender Dragon should take damage from arrows and the portal should teleport you to the outer End Islands not the mainland

What actually happened was...:
Arrows bounced off the ender dragon no matter where he was, and End Portal teleports me to the obsidian spawn point in the end mainland
